Pollen is a superfood that consists of simple sugars, protein, minerals and vitamins, and fatty acids.  Add it to your health shakes or smoothies for additional nutrients.  Our pollen is collected by treatment-free bees and is harvested each evening.  Pollen color can vary from green, yellow, orange, red to chocolate.  We freeze the pollen to remove excess moisture to prepare it for packaging.   Each jar is marked with the zip code where the hive is located, season, and year collected.  Two sizes packaged by weight.
