IXWOOD exists to honor the wild — and to bottle its truth.

What began in 2016 as a passion for beekeeping has grown into a celebration of nature’s most honest gifts: raw honey, pure Vermont maple syrup, and handmade goods shaped by slow time, real weather, and the old rhythms of the land.

After planting roots in Vermont in 2020, we expanded into wood-fired small-batch maple — staying committed to authenticity, locality, and nature-first practice.
